| 15 days out 1st day of purees, so excited to be able to have a small bowl of mashed pumpkin with gravy. Flavour, flavour, flavour. Also chewed a bit of steak (but didn't swallow it) just to get that chewing thing out of my system and to get some of the goodness, how tragic is that? It was so good tho | |

| I just purchased a Breville Omelette Maker on Kate's recommendation at Harvey Norman today. It is down from $65 to $39. Bargain!
I am about to make a simple cheese omelette with chives, as I am not as skilled as Kate yet!
spray maker with oil, whisk 2 eggs, a TBS milk, sprinkle cheese and chives on top, cracked pepper, and 8 minutes later hopefully I will be munching on my omelette!

| I just had chicken thigh cooked, mixed with rocket salad and low fat dressing. (about a bowl full - the plastic sleeve bowl)
and then 1 mint pattie (mini) and then another one....
and I will want to snack in about an hour... awful isn't it?
15 months out and it has changed so much in the last 3 months!
Can eat a meal, be full, then ready for more food in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Gone are the days of eating 2 twiggy sticks and lasting 5 hours! or half a banana used to do me for 3 hours, not anymore!

| Ok tonight I'm going to have pan fried coral trout, fresh peas & roast pumpkin...maybe with a roasted capsicum sauce but will have to think about that.
Last night I went out with friends & had tapas. Great solution for a bunch of losers like us. Shared little dishes of garlic prawns, meatballs in sauce, lamb & pinenuts in fillo with pomengranate sauce, chicken something, grilled haloumi cheese & salad....everyone else had dessert but I couldn't even think about it!
