| 7 months out - Spinach and ricotta stuffed parma - home made so no crumbs and the chicken breast is cut into 4 - not sure i'll even get one portion in lol so I will have 8 meals prepared :P | |

| One toasted ham & chees sandwisc and I am 16 months out......yummo very full in fact currently sneezing as this is my over full signal........just had to have the last two mouth fulls..........regretting it now, I felt really hungry because all I have had all day is 1/4 of a sausage roll all day.

Tonight I had about a quarter piece of chicken breast cooked in salsa & cheese.. Couple teaspoons mash & couple teaspoons of steamed red cabbage. | |

| Tangy Pork - soy sauce, worctershire sauce, english mustard, tomato sauce, honey, pineapple pieces, capsicum, mushrooms, onion, vege stock, pork fillet!
I am 6-7 months out and making a meal like that - being single - will feed me for lunches and most dinners for the week ahead at work!! Love it :)
(p.s. before the surgery I would have eaten the whole thing in one sitting... scary... I am struggling now even eating half a cup of it!) | |

Bolognese, baked beans, some corn topped with mash potato and a bit of cheese
Will serve with a small salad.
It's great stormy weather for a meal like this.

| 3 months out. 2 slow cooker BBQ pork ribs (tiny), one mouthful potato and cheese mash, and one spoonful peas. The ribs were a winner on all counts. | |

What I put on my plate: - lamb chop - sausage - hamburger pattie - bbq onion - cherry tomato
What I ACTUALLY ate: - 1/2 fork of the lambchop - 1/3 sausage - 1/2 fork of hamburger pattie - 1 fork onion - 1/2 cherry tomato
Clearly I still have problems with stomach vs head volume of food | |

| I am 9 weeks post op and tonight I had: Open Steak Sandwich 1 piece of 12 grain bread toasted (mini loaf from brumbys bakery) 1 piece of thin scotch fillet steak same size as bread with BBQ Sauce 1 piece of cheese Sliced tomatoes and lettuce. and am I full :-) if peckish later one 97% fat free vanilla icecream slice between two wafers.
