| 5 months out - I had a small bowl of Lamb and coconut curry with a 2 tablespoon of rice. Couldn't finish it but it was so good I went back later in the evening and had the last 2 pieces. | |

| Five months out. I had a late session at the gym tonight. Feeling very virtuous about the exercise. No so much about the lack of effort with dinner: Tony Ferguson Cream of chicken soup with 5 snow peas, 4 strips of capsicum and a small handful of vermicelli noodles.

| Omelettes all round tonight.......LOL!! Normally don't eat this early, but I was heading for a binge on anything that moved......LOL! Now so full, I couldn't possibily eat anything!!
2 years post op:
A yummy omelette made in my Breville Omelette Maker with two eggs, 50 mls skim milk, 25 gms lite grated cheese, chives, cracked black pepper and salt.
I ate it all, very full!!
Worked out the protein in this........23.5 gms so great meal protein wise. | |

| 2 and a bit weeks out. Went out for dinner before a concert. Partner ordered his dinner with an extra side of mash and gravy for me, $2.50 dinner, tops!!!!!!!!!!! Had a glass of wine, took an hour to drink it then 1/2 a glass after the concert. Such a cheap shout these days hehehehe But oh so classy in every other respect :)))))))))) | |

I was at a school function tonight. I had three canapes, About a quarter of a chicken beast with hollandaise sauce, and about half a citrus tart with a small scoop of ice cream.I also had three glasses of champagne!
Very naughty tonight, but I had it over about 4 hours, and it was YUM!
I would not eat this much EVERY night!
