| Ok tonight I'm going to have pan fried coral trout, fresh peas & roast pumpkin...maybe with a roasted capsicum sauce but will have to think about that.
Last night I went out with friends & had tapas. Great solution for a bunch of losers like us. Shared little dishes of garlic prawns, meatballs in sauce, lamb & pinenuts in fillo with pomengranate sauce, chicken something, grilled haloumi cheese & salad....everyone else had dessert but I couldn't even think about it!

| Last night was 3 Chicken Tenderloins plus salad. Tonight will be a BBQ - low fat chicken snag (or two), onions, corn and a bit of green stuff. Tomorrow night will be BAD!!! We're sharing a coupon deal with family - pizza, pasta, salad and dessert from one of our local Italian restaurants. (I'll have to be really strict during the day to leave enough calories for all of those carbs.) | |

| Lol @the orange chicken spew. How I can relate (I threw up sushi in the fruit and veg shop after deciding it was fine to eat and shop... and then had a drink... and had no time to escape the shop in time! At least I grabbed one of their little bags first, so nobody had a mess to clean up... lol).
Tonight I had this: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/19347/beetroot+baby+spinach+and+goats+cheese+salad
Was nice, but I had maybe a mouthful of leaves, 1.5 baby beetroots, a little cheese and a few bits of walnuts. Not much at all. I think it was the beetroot that filled me up, but I wouldn't have thought it would. Oh well. | |
