For me its been 2 years!! One whole year since goal.
Im having a nice thick slice of homemade corned beef, white sauce, a tablespoonish of mashed potato and some steamed broccoli....
I will eat about 3/4 of it.
Old habits creeping back in...just wolfed down the better part of one BLT sandwich and now I feel full as a goog...think this might be because I delayed lunch. Only ate a small brekkie tho, so its swings and roundabouts.
Have stopped snacking between meals tho, and weight has stabilized around the 55kg mark.
Loving my sleeve...still.

I had a 3 nugget kids meal, I ate the 3 nuggets and about 1/4 of the kids chips.... that was me done. LOL - the sleeve certainly works well - my normal Macca meal is the Double Cheese burger meal deal (large of course) and a large Chocolate thickshake! I'll be glad I can only eat something as small as that and be satisfied! - bring on the sleeve I say! And 100%er well done on your results sofar, 60kg is a hell of a lot to loose in 1yr so well done Cheers Scott

| Yum! Cee!
I am making that old standby, Spag Bol. I find that at 14 months out, minced meat dishes still go down a lot better than whole pieces of steak. I think the sauce has something to do with it!

| Just had my very vegie curry with the chickpeas for dinner. YUMMMY, had about 2 tablespoons went down a treat. Not to spicy which is great, starting to love the vegetarian dishes. so much easier to digest. Can't stand the smell of red meat at the moment, hope that will pass. | |

| Butter chicken with rice, only just managed half a cup. I've been measuring my meals lately and for dense dinner type food half a cup is my limit. Chips and chocolate go down in greater quantities I guess, but I can avoid them well enough. I'm exactly 6 monhs out and couldn't be happier. | |

| 6 + mths out Chinese (better option than hungry jacks my daughter had lol) satay chicken, s & s pork & a little fried rice. Ate, at the most 3/4 cup (that's everything together) now I feel sick but that might be because of the new vitamins I just took!! Need to slow down my eating, I'm falling back into old habits of wolfing down my food & as all fellow Sleevers know that is not good! :( | |
