2 years plus.
Been at goal for 12 months....added a little weight (10% common and allowed for this).
Tonight I had a woolies bought yogurt and blueberry thing. Should be for brekkie I guess, but it filled me up, had lots of calcium and did the job. Feel better for eating clean...
Deb (whose still at a normal bmi).

| It's my son's 13th birthday party. I just ate a piece of satay chicken pizza, which would have been ok but then I ate the toppings off half of my sons piece he didn't want. Never eat your children's leftovers! Now I'm extra full. 12 months out. | |

| Melissa I have found the same re the 3 bites of foodthing ...but the intake for me is still small compared to an unsleeved person. As long as your losing weight or maintaining I dont think it matters. I learned a long time ago that the worste thing we can do is compare ourselves to someone else.
I have also noted that the 3 bites syndrom is usually in people with the 32 bougie...I have a large 34 so more a 36 which allows for a bit more food...not heaps of food but more than your couple of Tablespoons... as my doc said as long as what I put into it is healthy and protein geared it wont ever be an issue.
heres to hoping so eh!
Oh and I would sooooooo travel just to eat that meal! | |

| It was delicious, I live in Berry on the NSW south coast, we went to Berry Woodfired Sourdough Bakery, they have a chef that comes from Sydney 3 nights a week. I feel it is a little bit concerning though as some people only seem to have 3 bites of food and they are full, that doesn't seem to be the case with me, having said that some days I eat very little. Of course fine dining restaurant food is often like lean cuisine unlike pub food which mega sized am I doing a good job of justifing my eating lol?

| I went out for dinner for the first time with people who know nothing about the sleeve. I ordered and ate a sweet chilli Thai prawns dish. It had 8 prawns which I ate all of. Then a small complementary piece of cake. No one knew anything was different! | |
