It's a sod when you have to live in thongs because you can just slip them on, particularly when it is only eight degrees in the middle of the day :-)
Cheers,
Janet I wish I could swing em up and reach em but at this stage its a no go unfortunately but once the sleeve op is done and the weight drops I'm sure this will change, I too live in thongs, thank god for thongs! LOL. 8 degrees OUCH! that's cold, I'm bitchin when its 15! LOL

| After shopping in Millers during the week I wore my new clothes to work today and lo and behold I don't look huge in the mirrored lift doors - did a little jig and was still twisting and turning to look at myself - when the doors opened on the ground floor - very embarassing but a great buzz!!!! | |

| Today I wore a belt.
For the first time ever.
Because I needed to keep my pants up.
I have never in my life had an issue keeping my pants up. More commonly I would have an issue getting them done up!

| I can now play as many games of tennis on a Thursday as I want without the aches and pains or getting tired. When I come home I still have the energy to do what ever I want. Pre sleeve I would play a few games come home and collapse on the lounge for the rest of the day. | |

| Non scale victories are fantastic!
This is my latest - this weekend I went swimming with my kids, sat by the pool and took my 3 year old on a waterside. I wouldn't have been able to do this pre-sleeve. I felt normal!
