| I have no idea what my goal weight is! The doc hasn't spoken of that.I see him in Auckland on Tuesday, so I guess he will say then.I imagine around 70kgs, though. My last weight was 100kgs My weight today 13th April is 98kgs. It has slowed a bit.I think the loss has been so dramatic because until recently I haven't been able to keep food or liquids down too well. Reflux and regurgitataion every night. But this week I have been able to hold it down better, especially now it is thicker food, blended meat stew etc.And mashed potatoes.Around about 1/2 cup at least twice a day.So, that's good. After the visit with the doc in Auckland, I should have the go ahead to return to daily swimming, that will burn some more fat off. Though I have been gardening, pretty strenuous stuff, too, pulling out the summer vegetable garden and getting ready to start the winter one. How are you feeling these days? Better? Your loss has been great too! | |

Desperate to break the 100kg mark and am only 2.3 away but it seems so far but soooooo close!!! Will try and get my butt into gear tomorrow and get up before they do (4am anyone???) | |

| I am 14 months Post Op. I have been around the 75kg mark since February. My goal is 65KG, and I really really want to get to that, but am finding it difficult. I started a new job in February which involves sitting at a computer straight for 5.5 hrs a day, three days a week, and I have really noticed all my hard work at Curves slipping away. I now dont have time to go, working five days a week and am trying to walk at least twice a week for 45 minutes, but winter makes it hard. I am glad this position is Maternity Relief and will end next June, as I am going to make time to get back to the gym. Having whinged for five lines, I am still grateful for my sleeve and the 39kg that it has helped me lose, so even if it takes me another few months, I still remain determined to get to that goal and improve my fitness again.

| Well my weight is still not moving but i have myself to blame :(
I'm 3 or 4 kg out of a "normal BMI" lol but my goal is 65kg which i'm not sure ill every make.
Today i'm 73.1.kg and look great fitness could use some work and i really need to tone but over all happy just wish i could get moving!!
All you newbies out there, DO NOT WAIT to start moving your butt when you stop losing weight it may be to late or every worse to hard to start, do it while you are fresh and keen to get healthy!!
Cheers Slaps | |
