Weekly weigh-ins

First topic message reminder :

Hey everyone i saw the collective thread, but trying to start a weekly weigh in thread where we can come and record our weight progress every week or fortnight if you weigh or measurements if you just measure!have done it on other forums and it is great to have one place where everyone can see and help it motivate you if you need some motivation or encouragement!

Record the date & week, loss/gain, and current weight if you want?

I weigh in on Wednesdays so I will start my weigh in on Wednesday hehe. But last weigh in

6/10/10- Week 9- Loss 800 g -was current 84.8kg

127.5kg a loss of 1kg this week bringing a total of 54kg

1kg loss this week... and for me a BIG milestone... its official.. I am now in the 70s wooohoooooo

1.5kg this week for me - total now of 32kg since 26 July - that's an average of 8kg a month - gotta be happy with that!!!!!

I lost 1kg this week very happy lost more cm's too
just starting on soft foods now yippee i can try toast!

me after a shocking week,

i lost 2 kg, making me 22.3 kg in 8 weeks :) i am seriously ahppy with that, and got a buy nice bra today too which made my week :)

Loss of 1.2 kg this week.......week 7 post op....

Total loss around 14 kg.

400gms for me this week - a loss is a loss in my book - 22.9kg in total (op 10 August)

23.11.10 lost 3.9kg this week bringing it up to a total loss of 53kg so far, ive past the half way mark only 48.5kg to go SO BLOODY HAPPY.

I went to Italy for a week at 91.5 and ate nothing but pizza and gelato.. but I did walk a lot. Today I weighed in at

89.6kg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay.. haven't been in the 80s for several years now. Am making a big effort to up my protein and do everything I am supposed to and see if I can up the loss a little.

Loss of 800g for me this week. For the last month it has been consistently this amount! Dont know if this is a good or bad thing, slow or fast, atleast its downwards i suppose and im officially in the 70s as of today yipeeeee!! LOVE my sleeve!

I think ive only lost 1kg this week so far =( I have a wedding next saturday and was really hoping to have lost over 20kg by then but im still stuck at the 16kg mark. I feel like im not eating anything, and if i go out and exercise then i dont lose any weight for the next three days. it doesnt make sense to me!

I lost 1.4kg this week total loss 14.4kg
I am so happy had to go buy new jeans today got them at red cross shop only $8 in excellent condition couldn't help my self i bought a new top too a size to small gives me incentive to fit into it it was $7 what a bargain

me i am 3 weeks today and lost mmmm 0.5kg total makes it up to 20.3kg since 26 sept :) i am smiling at that :)

16.11.10 lost 2.2kg this week total so far 49.1kg

2.3 off for me this week - total 22.5kg - all good.

1.5 off for me - total lost 30kg - very pleased with that

well lost half a kilo this week... very very slow for me... slower than most on here... I eat protein til it comes out of my ears... Im not exercising which is probably part of the problem... and I have many plateaus... but Im getting there
