| I was hoping to get to 85kg by Xmas.. today I weighed in at 87.0.. so cutting it fine but I guess it's still possible! More exciting, I am only 2.5kg from "overweight" instead of "obese". | |

| Hi all,
I put on 100 gms this week, not too worried as this is my first week on real food so am guessing that the body is adjusting.
Stay well everyone | |

| Thanx for your imput, don't seem to be able to eat much anyway, like 1 pkt munchables (rice crackers+ cheese) for breaky, cup tea or coffee mid morning, 1/4 to 1/2 toasted sandwich lunch then small amount meat for dinner about 1litre water over the day is this to much or to little food, | |

| I'm pretty sure I had a slow down around that time - the body just gets used to the lower food intake. Sounds silly, but try eating a bit more for a couple of days. You never know. It might work! | |

| Have lost 6.5kg in the last week and a half. Ended up in hospital with a leak which had to be drained and I was made nil by mouth for a week. Bit worried at how fast the weight is coming off at the moment as it's been two months since I started opti and only a month since sleeving and have lost a total of 24.5kg =\ | |

| A total loss of 16 kg in that time is fantastic. When you start adding in more solid foods, things to slow down, and they also slow down over time.
You're only 5-6 weeks out, aren't you? I think I lost just over 12 kg in the first two months, so 16 is fantastic. | |
