| Oh, Bella, it's so long since I've worn heels that I'm afraid if I got into them now I'd fall flat on my face. Flatties rule! (and I'm short too, but I don't care) Chris | |

| oh me too Chris ! The price of a few more pairs of shoes is pretty cheap compared to the price of fat feet - heehee
I also noticed that when i was much heavier....i was only comfortable in flat shoes.....(which look totally gross on me as im a shortcake....my own perception - of me of course...its funny how flat shoes always look great on other shortcakes though - so totally not fair !).....anyhoo......now im comfortable wearing a higher heel.....i cant wait to hit the shops in a few weeks to find them !
hugs gal Bella ....xx | |

| Great NSVs, girls - I love fitting into small clothes, don't you? And don't worry about the conflicting sizes - I've just gone down to a 14, but still wear some 16s, and a pair of shorts I bought a year ago in Cairns, marked size 20, finally fit me! LOL Chris | |

| Hi everyone,
My latest NSV was that one of the bankers at work asked me yesterday about how quickly was I having to replace my clothes at the moment. He said that in past 2-3 weeks you can really notice the weightloss and shape change. Now I work in the world of investment banking and these guys can be pretty self centred, so it came as a great surprise to hear one of them say something complimentary.
This also gave me a buzz as I still see the hefferlump in the mirror even though its a reducing hefferlump!! But it has helped me see the difference.
Cheers Gail | |

| Great NSV's everyone.
Everyone seems to be racing through the clothing sizes lately. I have a clothes related NSV too, I bought some jeans today and they are a size 12!!!!
Only last week I was having a whinge because I bought some shorts to take away on our KL trip and I had to buy a 14 (obviously the shorts were a smaller make than the jeans).

| I Have an NSV I'd like to share... I went into town today as I have now got nothing at all that fits, and stays up! I bought 4 new tshirts.... Hoping to speed summer along.... and they are size 16 from autograph. When I began I was a 26+ from autograph. I'm so happy, and they were on sale for $4.95 each! Now This afternoon after work, I am going hunting for some trousers... I'm sick of my pants falling down! and why not some new undies too... mine are beginning to fall down! YAY FOR SLEEVES!! | |

| Good one, Shanna! Don't you love being able to buy smaller and cheaper? Fantastic! I remember when I shopped for my cruise 19 years ago and I was a size 18-20 and could hardly find anything to wear (they didn't have those sizes around much then). Hugs Chris | |

| Hey Shanna, glad you are enjoying the shopping. What a great victory it is to only buy clothes that we like and that flatter our bodies instead of anything that fit- especially when they are fantastic bargains. Well done! | |

| I have been shopping quite a bit lately to get ready for the trip and trying to find nice looking clothes at really cheap prices because the summer is half over and I hope that everything I am buying now will get tossed out by next summer. So a lot of my non scale victories have to do with getting cute stuff on amazing sales- The non scale victory part is that before- if I could find something, anything that covered my body I bought it - at any price- in any color- just to get out of the store with all those glaring lights and mirrors... Now I just linger, and linger and try on everything... then I walk out of the store with just one or two items that I was able to snap up at a steal. Can't wait until I can fit into a really tiny size- you know- the sizes that are always on the sale rack because very few people can make it into them- course I am talking about shopping in a regular misses store here- not the chicky shops as you Aussies call them. I am 53 so I can't imagine every walking into a chickie store and looking at the really tiny sizes- but Ann Taylor Loft- watch out - here I comeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee | |

| Yay Lib! I bet it has been a while since you have felt full of food like that- even if it was only a tiny bit. Hope it stayed down OK and didn't disagree with you.
Sue- that's great about being able to cuddle your grandson on the rocking chair. It's been perfect weather for snuggles lately too.
