| Thanks for your words of encouragement Carrie Dr Martin and his support staff.... Marcel his assistance is just adorable and has been best support.... well I got thru xmas day just fine - though i serve myself a plate expecting to enjoy mmmm i did manage couple bites of chicken stick and spoon of salad...... so far having no problems keeping anything down - but most definitely learnt to chew my food until nothing left to swallow and eating slowly - something which i never thought I would manage - will try and couple of opti shakes tomorrow - then allow myself some salmon in evening when family over for boxing day dinner.... then this week commence exercise regime.... anyone looking for a walking partner ? | Wow Ageleque, 17.5kg in 4 weeks is bloomin' fantastic I guess it helps when you have the best surgeon in the world doesn't it :-) David did my sleeve in Feb this year, and in case you haven't guessed... I'm a big fan, LOL. Merry Christmas - Carrie | |

| Well surgery was 27.11.10 - today first weigh in - loss of 17.5 kgs Now Dr Martins says time to hit the gym mmmmm Had my first meal this evening.... chicken breast fillet and pumkin went down nicely and is still down Angeleque | |

| Well time will tell and time is tomorrow :))
not so strange as clothes and peoples reactions - not to mention feeling light on feet - I know the difference - i know there has been a dramatic change
well I believe at least 15+
will report tomorrow
but after crazy energy burst - think have finally crashed
hope to now start exercise regime to pick me up... having flu hasn't helped | |

| You haven't been near a scale!!! OMG I bow in amazement at your fortitude. I couldn't have done that in a pink fit!!!

| HI All,
well almost four weeks post surgery for me - have first review scheduled day after tomorrow - Thursday at 3pm with Dr David Martin.
My first official weigh in - OMG - haven't been near a scale - but peoples reactions have been overwhelming LOL - and of course the loose clothing :)))
well I wish you all a wonderful Christmas stay safe and I look forward to further banter in the new year so glad for the forum and support group
