well I got thru xmas day just fine - though i serve myself a plate expecting to enjoy mmmm i did manage couple bites of chicken stick and spoon of salad......

so far having no problems keeping anything down - but most definitely learnt to chew my food until nothing left to swallow and eating slowly - something which i never thought I would manage -

will try and couple of opti shakes tomorrow - then allow myself some salmon in evening when family over for boxing day dinner....

then this week commence exercise regime....

anyone looking for a walking partner ?

Peace light and love fellow sleevers

You haven't been near a scale!!! OMG I bow in amazement at your fortitude. I couldn't have done that in a pink fit!!!

Hope it all goes well.

HI All,

well almost four weeks post surgery for me - have first review scheduled day after tomorrow - Thursday at 3pm with Dr David Martin.

My first official weigh in - OMG - haven't been near a scale - but peoples reactions have been overwhelming LOL - and of course the loose clothing :)))

well I wish you all a wonderful Christmas
stay safe and I look forward to further banter in the new year
so glad for the forum and support group

regard
