| Well done Hawkeye. Your attitude sounds so positive and what great weight loss!
It is interesting you saying you are liking smaller meals, I havnt had my sleeve yet (11 days) but I have been thinking about that, what it will be like to live on small amounts of food forever. Thanks for your post it's made me feel better!
take care

| Congratulations on your surgery and a smooth recovery. You must feel great about your meds being reduced. Well done to you, you should be very proud. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more about your life post sleeve.

| Hi Folks,
Happy new year to all,
Its now 3 weeks post surgery and what success, my GP has reduced my Hypertension medication already, got be pleased with that.
Pre surgery weight was 115 kg - now post surgery 104 kg = 11 kg in 3wks
Still on puree food for another week then onto a low fat diet forever.
I can tell you all I enjoy eating smaller meals, feeling full on a small amounts instead of eating huge meals is an amazing feeling, now my wife now eats more than me, believe me she is no big eater.
Have always enjoyed being active but it is now a real breeze to undertake daily activity, but there is a long way to go before peak fitness is reached.
Cheers for now. | |
