| Wsu i am having the same worries 3 months out! I feel like i could eat so much if i let myself so i have really had to atart having self control. I have noticed when i eat a very substantial protein source like chicken over eggs etc i can eat much less. Think we are just paranoid.. Hopefully! | |

| Sounds like what I was eating at 3 months out. I have been sleeved 11 months and now eat more than you have listed below.
Dont think you have anything to worry about, your diet looks good to me. | |

| I am three months post sleeve and am very concerned that I am eating a lot more than most people who are twelve months post sleeve. An example of my daily intake is below
BR: 2 weetbix with skim milk or two eggs or sml tin baked beans with one slice toast MT: 2 ryvita with cream cheese or an apple and 20g mature cheese L: 80g meat with salad AT: whatever is to hand D: 80g cooked meat and a few vege Su: Biscuits or youghurt or fruit if I feel like it
What concerns me is that I can eat this amount of food now what will things be like in 12 months? Or is it just the fact I am a quick healer. I am also suffering from dreadful reflux despite me being on 40mg Nexium
