| Jodi you Hot Mama, cover those things up. It's enough to make a girl consider switching teams (just kidding). You look great by the way- and I'm loving the hairdo. | |

| Well done everyone on the NSV!!
Lynette - it feels great to get a pair of jeans that actually fit and look nice hey. Good on you for doing the caves tour - I know what you mean, I have too have missed out on doing so many things because I never even bothered to try as I didnt want to fail.
Jodi - is your new av from your photo shoot? If yes, you are looking fantastic! And good on you for finding your inner sex-kitten.
Belly - good on you for dividing up the chippies, I too like to eat the woolies skinny chips, and could eat more than the recommended serving.

| My non scale victory is a bit personal but I feel id love to share it with you. While I have been big most my adult life Ive always felt there was a sexy woman inside who thought about the lovely dress up shoes and outfits i would loved to have worn to show off but never could cause there was no way anything would fit but still id still have these grand dreams and i would still waste my money on buying these over priced things with the hope of one day wearing them. So in my wardrobe they would sit for over 6 years UNTIL TODAY when I thought id unpack them and have a go and GUESS what they fit and I felt like a hottie lol and DAMN no one was home to look at me so out with the tri pod and the camera and a wonderful time was had lol, I wasnt critical of the photos either I genuinly loved them and it made me feel wonderful, watch out world im about to unleash the real me x | |

| Well done on everyone's NSV. I have one no two to add. I just bought and fitting into my first pair of denim jeans in over/at least 15 years. I bought a size 18 jeans and they fit (I could actually do the fly up). Hooray. And, went to Margaret River on the weekend with the car club and visited the caves at Yallingup, I actually managed to take the tour and walk down and back up all those stairs (lost count but it was a long way down and back up). Admittedly I was puffing a bit when I got back up to the top/entrance and my legs have been pretty sore for the last few days, but I did it. 12 months ago, I wouldn't have even attempted to take the cave tour. Yippee. | |

| i'm just sitting here eating my NSV, only its definatley to do with the scales, hehe. I just got back from shopping and those lovely Woolworths low fat chips were on special, 2 for $5. I can mindlessly munch through the whole 125g bag of them. Well i just divided them up into the 4 serves the bag is supposed to contain, and only ate one serve! bagged up the other 3 for whenever :) This is a huge thing for me and i'm all proud of myself |

| Hi Trace, congratulations on that size 14 jacket and skirt! I know what you mean re the size 18 shirt. There can be such a variation in sizes can't there? Also, congratulations on joining the high intensity activities at the gym- and on keeping up- and on not caring about the wobbly bits (we all have those). | |

| Well done you wonderful ladies! I SOOOOOO love this thread! It is funny for me that most of my NSV's relate to clothes - fitted into a size 14 skirt and jacket today!!! But that nice fitted size 18 shirt doesnt fit me... The other NSV I had yesterday was being at the gym and being able to do all the new jumping up and down excersises on the curcuit!!! There was plenty of wobbling but I had the fitness and confidence to not care!!! Oh and going to a womans gym also helps!!! Keep the NSV's coming!!! Trace xxx | |

| I know that this is a bit of a scale victory, but I'm really excited. I am now below the weight I was before I had any kids! So, we're going back about 7.5 years. I really am thrilled! | |

| I just had the best NSV (although it is kind of realated to the scales), I just weighed in at about 80kg - which means that I am no longer obese. I am just plain overweight!! I never thought that I would be so happy to be overweight, but I am ecstatic (I even told Hubby that I believe this deserves a Pandora charm [I get a charm for every 5kg I lose]). In 4 months I have gone from being morbidly obese to overweight, I never in my wildest dreams thought that this would have been possible. | |

| Wow yes, well done Gail!!
I wish I'd taken measurements as well - I didn't because I didn't want to embarrass myself :/
I am keeping some of my 'fat' clothes though, otherwise I might never believe I was so big. I've gone from a size 22 jeans, to now comfortably wearing size 14's - never thought I'd ever get into size 14 again lol

| Thanks for everyone's kind thoughts. I am rather chuffed with it all. Just have to keep my focus going now to build on these losses. Max yes we will have to catch up soon. I'm up for the Sydney catchup on the 29th. I'm househunting at the moment, so its been go go go most weekends with open houses. Put an offer in on a place in Engadine yesterday but it was rejected this morning so am trying to work out what to offer next. But I have a feeling what they want and what I'm willing to pay are going to be vastly different. I hate the offers over system here..... Cheers Gail | |
