| sorry I misunderstood. it can be you need a different reflux med OR it is a nasty case of ketosis mouth. I have only heard one other person tho discribe that as a sick like taste. more common is metalic or rotton eggs or even dog poo tho how on earth anybody can work out what dog poo would taste like hehehe.
talk to your doctor. I use ro have mandarin burps. totaly weird and harmless but weird for about a year.

| Do you take your meds 30mins prior to eating? Other than that... possibly seeing your GP/surgeon for a check up...?gastroscopy - to have a look down the throat into the stomach. | |

| HiApplesauce, No I honestly do take my meds every day ! I missed some last year hence I know what it feels like to miss.I was just trying to explain that I am not getting heartburn as if I had missed meds, just this bad taste all the time which I have never had before. so to sum it up I take my Meds everyday, and for the last 2 weeks I have this bad taste. And was wondering if anybody has had this. thanks Nicola | |

| Hi Apple, I think Nicola was saying she does take her heartburn tabs? Could have misread it but that was the way I took it. Cheers | |

| if you dont take your reflux meds in a consistant manner this will continue. I am not sure what you want anybody to say you already know this is happening because you are not taking your meds every single day.
