The most I had ever lost was while doing Atkins about 8 years ago and it was 20 kgs in almost four months.
My Dr. says I could reach 90kg by december!! My hopes are up! | |

| Wonderful weigh loss. I just women could lose as fast as men. Maybey we should try testoterone injections, then we wouldn't have to worry about hair loss, just hair gain etc lol | |

| I have to admit that the first two weeks post-op I felt a bit like crap. I didn't have any energy to work, I couldn't even talk.
I'm forcing myself into not owning a scale and not knowing my weight until I can get an official measurement from my surgeon or nutritionist. So far my plan is going great.
19 kilos in five weeks feels just about right. I'm very very happy with my decision to get the sleeve.
Yesterday was the first day since my op that I had to wear a suit to go to a work meeting. I usually don't wear a suit more than once every two months or so. I could not believe how big that thing was I almost felt a little ridiculous wearing it. I'm gonna have to get it fixed soon as I like it a lot. I remember being so happy when I found that suit because it is really hard to find good suits here in Mexico that are for BIG people. Now it is just way to big.
