Hey

Thats super exciting, i was the same when i had my GP Refferal and getting weighed in was a lot higher than i was anticipating. It really just reinforces why you are doing it.

September will be here before you know it. Super exciting year ahead for you It's all started 542174

So I had my first appointment today, I was shocked at the weigh in, I knew I had put on some weight but to be told 121.5kg I wasn't expecting that.

He examined me, blood pressure, and felt my tummy and measured me.

My next appointment is in July he has told me to eat normally between now and then but cut down on dinner portion and no eating after dinner.

At my July appt we will discuss pre-op shakes and how long I need to be on them.

Within in the next week or so I need to get a full blood test and chest x-ray.

Also I've been booked in on the 21st Aug to have a gastroscopy done.

Sleeve will be done around September, no date has been set yet.
