ladies...get your gear off now! seriously! i may make it mandatory for you all to be naked to read this thread!
the time is well overdue to release your inner wanton woman! restraint and inhibition be damned!!
- your heart rate gets a-going - blood circulation is increased all over - large muscle groups get a wicked workout - you tone up in those hard to reach places - clench and hold pelvic floor exercises are much more fun when you actually have something to clench and hold - you start the day with a smile on your face - you end the day with a smile on your face - intimacy with your loved one is maintained and enhanced - it's free and recession proof - we all look better with a healthy glow - no nazi personal trainer yelling out "lunge, lunge!!" - it feels sooooooo damned good - winter warming bills are minimised - horizontal exercise is less taxing on your body than the vertical kind - it's the funnest way i know to get your "30 minutes" of exercise in a day - you can go nighnighs straight after - post surgery our Doctors advise us to eat small, eat often and ingest more liquid protein so... at only 5 calories per 'mini meal' why not start with that extra teaspoon of protein a day? (you can thank Jodi, our resident alternative nutritionist for this suggestion!)
so demand it in the morning, insist on synchronised lunch hours, and don't you dare take no for an answer when the sun goes down!
and for those of us without a significant other... a partner is not strictly or absolutely necessary! a little selflove has many of the same benefits and it usually gets done exactly right, and in a more efficient manner!!
and for the gentlemen on this site, please don't feel as tho i am not being inclusive by addressing my missive to the ladies of the WLS clan...
it's just that in my experience none of you need the encouragement! you're all fully sorted when it comes to this topic!
