I have a charm bracelet but not any charms on it yet so, every five kilos I lose I'm going to add a charm. It will also act as a visual reminder how far I've come.

That's a wonderful idea jellybean.
I collect Murano glass figurines figures I would treat myself to a small one each 5 kg. One of the other sleevers saying on their signature is "Don't reward yourself with food, you are not a dog."
