| Well .... my victory is really scale related but I had to show off my ticker SOMEWHERE now that I've lost 20kg. It's just one of those milestones that feels really great. And it's been a while coming - I think I'm one of the slower losers on the site - 20kg in 4 and a half months - but it's been pretty steady and felt okay (most of the time!)
The most amazing thing is that I haven't been below 90kg since my late 20s which was quite a while ago.
I was thinking the other day that we're all a bit like Benjamin Button - looking better and younger as we get older!!

| My dream has always been to do a trash the dress session when I eventually lost weight, but my wedding dress has dissappeared with the person who had it in a shop for sale :( so when I get to goal I am going to buy a cheap 2nd hand one and do a trash the dress! | |

| oh Tickled, now that IS a biggie! Now i can't remember, you're already married aren't you? Or was it you whose getting married soon? Do you have time to get it altered if thats the case? How cool is that, getting your wedding dress taken in instead of having to order a bigger size :) Either way, well done! |

| I just had the best NSV any woman could ever hope for - I tried on my wedding dress and it is too big!!!! I had it designed and made for me, so it was exactly right (in fact it was a teeny bit tight on my back) and now it is way too big, especially in the boobs and hips. | |

| Good work on the thighs Gail. Im hoping that mine have shrunk a bit more before I go to KL or I could be in trouble with the humidity, and them rubbing together.
Bushgirl - that's awesome news about the size 18's. You'll be fitting into them in no time!!

| My first NSV- After my little jaunt in hospital I havent yet worn proper pants- been wearing trackies and PJ's til now. I tried on my 4 pairs of jeans/trousers and all are loose without even stretching any! I tried on a pair of slacks in size 18 and they fit ( a little too snug for my liking) But they FIT! I havent been able to get my butt into size 18's since i was 19!!! (some 7 years ago). A few more weeks and a bit of exercise and I can wear them out of the house! | |

| Great news about the thighs Gail. Looking forward to that one myself, especially in the hot weather.
You're a champ with the running. I hope the foot bone isn't a problem for you. Be sure to let us know.

| My latest NSV is that I've noticed that my thighs are no longer slapping together when I do my 5km run on Saturday mornings!!!
Now I just have to work on not injuring myself. Had a small bone in my right foot "pop" today, the pain has gone now but I'm probably looking at an xray this week to make sure I haven't broken anything...

| I've just been packing clothes ready for our holiday and found I fit into a pair of size 18 bathers/swimmers/cozzie etc that I last wore 9 yrs ago. The top of the fits well but I am going to have to take in some around the bottom, it's looking like the saggy baggy elephant. Yes I am taking it with me and yes, I have another new pair just in case the lycra dies!!! LOL | |

| A couple of years ago for my birthday my husband gave me an oval shaped gold bangle. It took me ages to squeeze it on, was quite painful, but last night I managed to get it off!! Wasn't a slip off, it was a force it over my knuckles, but I always worried about my arms getting too fat and having to cut it off before my hand fell off!! So 1 less thing I have to worry about now!! | |
