Hi
I am in the process of applying for early release and the only way you do it is on line through my gov. I have looked a lot into what people have been doing and a lot of you talk about the documents that you need to send through about all of your finances. Online there doesn't seem to be a place to add all of this. I am just wondering if it is something I should put in a document to add to my application.
Thanks Trish | |

| Hi everybody
I have been reading different posts and I am confused. I am online with Human services so can someone tell me if I apply online do I need to send any information about our finances and our monthly in/out money. I have read a few different posts from 2013,2014 and 2015 and I see in earlier posts people had to send in documents of their monthly spending. I am really confused as when i started my application online all it asked for was the GP and surgeons signed docs, how much money in your account, your quote and your super balance. In earlier posts people had to send in sighted identification papers ect. Has this all changed with HS over the last year. Could someone please clarify what they did and what information they downloaded when they applied online.
Thanks in advance :) | |

| Hi Im also in the process of applying for my super and was going to send documents off, but I might do it online now... Did you have to provide 100 points of ID? And what did you do about the referral letters from your specialist and GP?
Thanks Neet | |
