HELP!!!!...trying to apply online for early release of super

thank you katey, I too am having difficulty navigating mygov....thought it was because i am technically challenged!  

Hi Neet - you may have sussed this already but....

I had this problem too.. I ended up calling them and saying "look... I am not technologically stupid, but I can NOT find how to do this!"

Sign into mygov, Click on Centrelink (you must have it linked as a service?) then there is a button that looks like 3 lines (a 'menu' button) likely in the top left, depending on what device you're on. Then go down to Personal Details, and it's in there.

APPARENTLY they couldn't put it under 'Claims' or anything you know.. OBVIOUS... because it is not a government benefit, it's your money.

Pfft...

Can someone please help me regarding applying online for the early release of super... Im going round and round in circles on the mygov. website.

How do I start the process of applying online. I've got my CRN number (finally!) but now I can only find links on how to upload my documents.

Am I totally stupid??? I presumed I would be filling out details 'online' or do I print out the forms, write them out and then scan them onto the website.
I was given 10 pages on paperwork from my specialist and from what I've read I don't need to give them financial details etc?

I really need help!
