Hi guys

I am unfamiliar with reading dietary information tables for food. I am trying to make sure I make good food choices (apart from the occasional whiskey and chocolate).

I was wondering if anyone has received advice from their dietician about guidelines / range of protein, fat, carbohydrates, sugar and sodium per 100g 'good food' should contain. What should I be looking for?

I obviously mainly eat fresh protein and veges, but was thinking more about cereal, yoghurt, protein bars, and sauces.

I hope this makes sense.
Thanks!
