| Interesting article, thanks for posting. It seems to focus just about everything on breakfast. I know it's the most important meal of the day but I just can't face breakfast some days. I have only been sleeved for nearly 5 weeks so I'm hoping I won't reach a dreaded plataeu too soon. | |
