Just a quick word of advice about benefibre, Metamucil and the likes.. Don't take them if you're already bunged up.. They'll only make it worse. They only work when things are going ok down there already.

Hi - well, Mine was my first morning home, so the Friday after the Monday op. then one each day since - can't report for today, but I have always had a daily poop. Be interesting to see what sleeve food volumes do to this, mind you.

It is part of the healing process, keep up your fluids and one will show up when it is ready.
