Fibre is great with the runs too. It's a thickening (TMI I know lol) agent. Will also keep you regular.
After my surgery I didnt go to the loo for about 3 days, but OMG when it started, I had to go every 15 minutes!!! Took a cpl of weeks but it did settle down. Dont forget, they are fiddling with your insides, its bound to have some effect!

hi sarah,

I think alot of us has suffered with diarrhea after our ops.....but be aware that it can soon go the other way also. Benefibre is good to take ( not sure about when you have the runs but if you get constipated )

I think that it must be all the fluids we put in and nothing solid.

i had one lot of diarrhea after my op. i though it was wing but ended up having follow through!!!!!!!!!!! 6 days post op 878453

i have my sleeve six days ago and i'm still on the liquid diet, i have diarrhea and was wondering if this is normal?
