Mushies Stage: Shakes, weetbix or porridge (made with skim milk and a bit runny), yoghurts, soups, custards, pureed fruits, smoothies, egg flips, anything really you can put in your blender and blend until smooth. | Hi Everyone
I was sleeved on the 24th of March in Bunbury by Dr Werapitya! So far I have lost 7kgs :) Im just moving onto phase 2 with mushy foods but Im stuck for ideas on what I can have, I dont know about everyone else but I am so confused on what you should and should not put past your mouth at this stage??
