hi bec i was on the shakes and bars for three weeks before the op the doctor wanted me on it longer because of my size and wanted to shrink the fat around the liver to make it easier with the operation good luck with the surgeon

Hi muchlygirl i hope everthing is working out alright for i just got back from the dietican yesterday now down to 157kg its working been lucky no reflux and i adjusting well to the lifestyle change keep up the good work .

I was sleeved 4 days before you. Started my journey in Nov at 163kgs and my surgeon insisted on 9 weeks pre op diet which I am grateful for ..... now!

hi justin here i got sleeved on the 18th of march by dr david joseph at concord hospital sleeve weight 166kgs im 44 year old male been big all my life so hopefully the weight loss will begin just hard trying to adjust to the liquid diet
