Update on Everyone's weight loss so far! 2010 sleevers!

Hi everyone!

Just want to touch base on everyone's weight loss so far!
Especially for those who has just been sleeve this year!

I am quite happy with my weight loss so far! Was sleeved on 18 January 2010 by Dr Krishna Epari.
Weight before surgery was 96.3kgs at the surgery was 90.5kgs.

Aand nowww I am 63.7kgs!!! Woohoo!! I need to lose more though reason being is that I am a midget and need to lose 13.7kgs more to be at my healthy weight! But i am happy with my weight loss so far =) do share about ur weight loss victory!

hey jen, thanks. ahh just watching what i eat, i eat alot of salads and vegies. Also have a two year old that keeps me very busy...

hey everyone i was sleeved at the end of feb and i am 41kgs down.

Hi all
I was sleeved on 6 May (my one month anniversary yesterday) and have lost (depending on what day of week I stand on the scales) 15 kg including the Opti fast period (so that's 6 weeks in total).
Congrats to all, we're doing well, but at this stage it seems to be soooo sloooow.

i was sleeved on 19/3/2010 weighed in at 159 kgs

i am now 138.5 kgs ....thats 20.5 kgs in 11 weeks

last october i was 176 kgs

I've lost 11kg post op. Was sleeved on 18/05/10. It has crawled though the past week. Still happy as Larry though!

30kg in 3 months , probably about 10kg from where i need to be.

I am back after being successfully sleeved almost 3 weeks ago now!

I have lost 6 kg in the first 2 weeks. I see my surgeon for followup on June 8.. I guess that will be an "official" check in?! :P

I am SO glad I did this! For once, it seems to be something I have done for me, you know?

Hi Ladies!!

Fantastic results ladies!! Hang in there, you will get to your goal weight soon!! and before you know it! you're already there!
You might experience some stall or plateau but it's very common! I remember my weight loss was stalling for few weeks! but then before I know it, suddenly I lost a dress size! it's all quite normal! keep up the good work girls :)

Ah 17kgs in 9 weeks is still brilliant! That really is inspirational - to think that in another month's time I'll hopefully be at 15.. that's so exciting! :)

Agree - this is a great thread! It's really motivating :)

Fantastic results from everyone....really really hanging out to get past the 20kg and hoping to be 30 kg down sometime this year...

Thanks for the encouragement all but my statement was a little misleading...have lost 17kgs in NINE weeks (had a good result on the two week pre-op diet)...scales still seem to be crawling by..

I'll be 2 weeks post surg on Tuesday. On Monday I will be 4 weeks since starting the optifast pre-surg diet. I'm down just under 10kgs. Is that normal?

Surgery 4wk and 2days ago, lost 17.7kg from opti start date, so about 7wks all up in total..

hope the next 10kg come off quick so I can go to double figures..cant wait for that one..

25kg in 13 weeks including Opti.

20kg to go(over half way)

2 weeks before surgery: Lost 5.5 kg
3 weeks after surgery: Lost 9,2
Total weight loss: 14,7 kg

Starting weigh 125 kg
Height 168 cm

15kgs all up. 2 weeks pre op and 2 weeks post OP totalled.

52 kgs to go..

32.5 kg 20 weeks (including Opti)
I'm now 98.5kgs
and I'm short enough... 165cm... so have another 30 or so kg to go!
