| Applessauce, I tried your cauliflower patties - the kids loved them, so did I. When they asked what they were, I said cheese and bacon patties. Was a hit, thanks. | |

- Cauliflower patties.
500g steamed cauliflower, mashed 2 lean rashers bacon, chopped 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 tbspn dried parsley flakes (I used fresh) 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup SR Flour
dry fry bacon, then mix all together into patties and shallow fry in olive oil or cook on BBQ. we just used olive oil spray. you can use vegetarian bacon or turkey bacon i have added a 1/4 of a cup of motzerella as well as parmesan i add lots of black pepper.
even my sisters kids who hate cauliflower yell for seconds of these.
