My weight wont shift

mines stayed the same for months but im not to stressed about it i know for me its cause im not always eating properly

I know what you mean, I haven't been waiting for a loss for as long as you.
I rarely weigh myself, wanting to get below 100 since before Christmas. It will eventually happen. Applesauce seems to have the right idea with a diary.

the vast majority of sleevers need to use diet and exercise to lose the last 10 to 15kg. but like all things it is not am exact science and a few me included stop a bit shorter. if you want the weight to move your first step is to do a food diary and see if it takes a simple small tweak to your diet and exercise routine. if that doesnt work it is time to count calories and work out what level you need to be at to start losing again.

Has anyone plateued. I seem to be stuck on 103 kg being like this for at least 9 mths. The clothes sizes are still changing but weight hasnt.... must be my big toe....??? Jo
