This is my third week.Last week I was in shock when I lost only 1 pound.This week i lost 3.The doc said "quality pounds" I have no idea what he meant,but sounds good right? jajajaj.I guess is not muscle weight, just fat.But im being ungrateful, i had my sleeve 24 days ago and lost 20 pounds since the day of surgery.
Im also excited beacuse i can eat vegetables, ground meat and fish, and natural fruit juices.With this type of food i will have enought energy to go to the gym.I was living of mozarella string cheese, water and protein.
