Just got the surgery 3 days ago

just take your time, don't stress...... sip away slowly slowly..... eventually things will settle down. Once you get to go to the loo things will also settle down as well......

I have still having a shake once a day with added protein to get it all in.

I got the surgery guys! And now I'm sort of having that freak out period. I'm having a very difficult time getting all the protein in per day and the water too. Everything went really well and my pain is actually very, very manageable. Though the gas is very uncomfortable at times.

Anyway I was wondering if y'all had any advice about ANYTHING for me for the next couple of days.
