| Thanks denzel,
But can you get I isopure in a premade bottle? I wanted to find something already mixed as I'm running out the door. Thx

Ginger x Try other brands such as IsoPure from supplement shops such as "Supplement Warehouse" :) | |

| This looks good!! I'm struggling to get fluids in.... Let alone proteins.
I just bought a 3 pack sampler of the three flavours online at
Bodiez.com
for $20. A bit pricey..... But I wanted to try them before I bought a case. I think it's $140 a case of 24. Free shipping to metro cities in Australia.... Sorry, not NT.
I think they're normally around $5.50 a bottle with 30 gms of protein per 500 ml bottle.
We'll see what they're like when I get mine in the post.
Anyone found them somewhere else. Personally, I'd rather just go and buy them from a shop... I'm impatient. Sydney store anyone??

| Hi guys - I am one week post op and I wanted to share a great little find on the internet that has enabled me to meet my liquid and protein requriements from day one.
It's called Bodie'z protein water and a 500ml bottle of berry or kiwi flavoured contains 30g of protein and less than 1 gram of fat / sugar / carbs.
They are really easy to sip on, taste great and give you a huge protein boost!
The only downside is they are a little $$ but I thought I would share with you guys as I know a lot of post op people have difficulty getting in the required water / protein.
