| Thanks guys, I shall be down buying pear juice first thing in the morning, the scales haven't moved in the last 4 days either so hopefully once I get this sorted they will start moving down again! | |

| I got some pear juice, Golden Circle sell it in a tin. I froze it into ice cubes and I chew on them. They don't freeze hard just nice n icy and are delicious. U will gas it out and be pooping in no time. | |

| Hi all, I am currently 10 days post op and have a bloated feeling and also haven't been to the toilet (bowels) for 7 days now, am trying coloxyl for the constipation and have taken for 3 days but yet no result, any tips or ideas to get rid of gas and get the bowels moving???? Thanks, joanne | |
