I like the idea of pear juice icy poles

Thanks guys, I shall be down buying pear juice first thing in the morning, the scales haven't moved in the last 4 days either so hopefully once I get this sorted they will start moving down again!

My hubby is a nurse and they use Pear Juice on the ward for all their patients. When I had my hysterectomy constipation was a factor so I used it myself with great movement..lol..
You buy it in the juice section of any supermarket, it is in a can like the pineapple juice always use to come in when I was a girl.

I got some pear juice, Golden Circle sell it in a tin. I froze it into ice cubes and I chew on them. They don't freeze hard just nice n icy and are delicious. U will gas it out and be pooping in no time.
  

Hi all, I am currently 10 days post op and have a bloated feeling and also haven't been to the toilet (bowels) for 7 days now, am trying coloxyl for the constipation and have taken for 3 days but yet no result, any tips or ideas to get rid of gas and get the bowels moving???? Thanks, joanne
