Yes, I have had the dietician and psych already. My endoscopy is scheduled in on the 29th January 2013 with Dr Massen which is 2 days before my surgery. apparently the results are instant. relative to costs, I am with HCF and they have advised that they cover this procedure which is good.

I am booked in with Dr Baker on the 31st January 2014.
I am very nervous at the moment with only 4 weeks to go!!!!
I like your idea of a optifast 'warm up' ( 1 meal replacement first)

|  Optifast officially starts 9 Jan, but as of today I started replacing 1 meal a day, plus I hear you have some bad side effects when u replace all meals with them so next Monday I'm off work for 3 days so I will start then just in case I'm feral, eg no food n withdrawals | |
