I can't give you a definitive answer but I can say the day I was getting operated on a young fella was near me in the waiting area outside the threatre he had a bit of a cold he was talking to his anesthetist and they still went ahead. His op may have been a short one so I don't know for sure.
All I can say is drink plenty of fluids and take panadol use betadine throat gargle try to rest not easy with kids but try.

Hi all, I am booked to have my sleeve in 4 sleeps, and I feel like I am getting a cold. Does anyone know if they will cancel if I am sick. I am hoping as long as I don't have a temp it will be ok. I have 3 kids and have there care all organised.
