Hi. I to could not drink Opti, I would vomit.........I ended up on Terry White shakes with dietitians approval. They tasted great and I was not sick! Hope you feel better soon!

Sammy23 I've been feeling the same way on opti I'm guessing it's just part of the side effects for some of us. I haven't had many headaches but others have.

Hang in there it's not forever.

Thanks for your reply I hadn't even thought of being allergic to it.
I only had a slight headache on day 1, it's a quezy in the stomach feeling is what I have.
I will give the dietician a call

You may indeed be allergic to it; ever thought of that one. Talk to your dietican and see what they think. If it is headaches alone; it would be caffine; and other withdrawal syptoms which would not last more than a week if your are strictly sticking to the diet. Take care.

Hi
I am opti and feel nauses all the time doesn't seem to matter if I have opti or veg or nothing but water I just feel sick.( I am on day 6) I think it might be lack of food
My question is after you have been sleeved do u still feel like this all the time or does your body get used to it.
