| Pear juice also works quite well.

| I purchased Coloxyl with senna it softens as well as clears. I have found all the opti has changed my usual pattern. I spoke to the assistant at the pharmacy and she recommended it as her husband uses it and he has had gastric bypass.
Another of my group from May also suggested and oldie, prune juice it usually works well for most and a couple of sips here and there is usually enough to help it doesn't taste as bad as it looks but quite sweet.

| hi Guys,
I am 5 days post op and am finding that I am constipated, does anyone suggest anything that I can use to help, finding it very difficult when I need to go to the toilet.
