Dying for some Twisties, not Optifast: Sleeve date 22nd March 2013.

Heya I am Day 4 on Opti and it's a bit yuck with headaches and runs and soooo tired .. but it does get better around now, I have been told. Hope you're still doing okay. My date for surgery is on April 4.

As a fellow March sleever soon to be, I can tell you that the first couple of days of optifast are the worst. The headaches, sugar and carb withdrawals disappear in a couple of days. The first time you jump on the scales you'll thank yourself for not giving into your Twistie temptation.
I actually think opti is a good lead up to a new sleeved life...... I let you know in a week or so if that's true.
