| Thanks Sara, I'll check it out! Honey, I love how you have put rewards next to your goals. I'm looking into buying a nice jewel just for having the op done! | |

| Hello Kitty,
As a fellow March sleever soon to be, I can tell you that the first couple of days of optifast are the worst. The headaches, sugar and carb withdrawals disappear in a couple of days. The first time you jump on the scales you'll thank yourself for not giving into your Twistie temptation. I actually think opti is a good lead up to a new sleeved life...... I let you know in a week or so if that's true.
Hang in there, you can do it!

| Hi All,
I'm booked in for surgery on the 22nd March in Geelong. This is day one of Optifast. I am dying for Twisties at the moment!!! Anyone else Optifasting at the moment?
I've started a little journal in the Diary room, it has Twisties in the heading too - I'm a tad obsessed over them this evening.
Looking forward to the op. Can't wait now. I had a bit of fear last night but I read this forum and then felt better. How are you all feeling pre-op?
