I am so excited I cant sleep! I am booked with Dr Nolan on the Gold Coast. He was great in the consult. I am doing well on my pre diet - using my usual protein powder as I'm a vegan. Started on Tuesday and as of this morning have lost 2,5, pretty happy with that! My starting weight is 95, but short so bmi of 38.1. I'm not worried about the surgery, just looking forward to the positive changes to come! Bring it on!!!! Good luck to everyone else also having surgery!!!!
