I'm having my sleeve on 2nd April with Dr Padovan in perth, am very nervous but very excited too, look forward to sharing the journey with you all

April is a great month for Surgery (can you tell my surgery was in April too lol).

Hi all, I am new to this forum :) And I am so glad I found it!

I chose my sleeve date for a bit later as I wanted to do it after my birthday (one last hurrah! lol).

I am VERY nervous about the pre-op Optifast diet, and about quitting smoking!

Any tips??
