| Hi all, I am new to this forum :) And I am so glad I found it!
I chose my sleeve date for a bit later as I wanted to do it after my birthday (one last hurrah! lol).
I am VERY nervous about the pre-op Optifast diet, and about quitting smoking!
Any tips?? | |
