| Hi. getting sleeved in the morning. Quite nervous now but excited too. I don't really know what to expect or how hard the first couple of weeks will be but no turning back now! Wish me luck. | |

| Nah I've just been sticking to the optifast products and a buttload of vegetables. My info from the dietitian doesn't mention extra protein so I figured I'd play it safe.
I'm in-love with the coffee flavoured shakes and the chicken soup though. Makes it bearable if I can enjoy some of it.
Hoping by day 3 or 4 that I'll be less cranky lol

| Lol @Teabreeze! Wishing time away alright. Went well yesterday on 2 shakes, a bar and 2 cups of veggies but I feel starving tonight!
Are you having any protein?

I'm getting sleeved on the 29th as well! I'm on day 2 of the Optifast and wishing time away! :)
Hopefully the time goes quickly for all of us!

| OMG! Me too!! Started optifast yesterday. So far so good! Can't believe I'm sugar free and coffee free! Never though that'd happen. Where are you getting your surgery done? Dr greenslade is doing mine in greenslopes hospital in Brisbane. | |
