I try not to have too many. But I always have a couple of vodka and tonics on the weekend - as long as you don't gulp you will be fine. I usually only drink other fizzy drinks when I go to the movies - the diet coke is usually flat by the time they add ice anyway.

Try to stick to water and cups of tea - it's better for your body and your tiny tum.

I can now easily tolerate fizzy diet soft drink as long as I let it go flat a little by adding ice and letting it sit.

I dont do it often, perhaps once a week as a treat.

I was reading in the American forums that it will stretch your stomach... and they are very aggressive about you not drinking it to the point where I was afraid I might get shot for the crime.

So my question for my straight forward, shoot from the hip Aussies...how bad is it... will I stretch my sleeve like a balloon. I have noted that I have less restriction lately and am starting to wonder if its the diet coke once a week I have.
