i was sleeved on 29th feb and in febs - but no reason u cant go to both ;) alot of us swing in all areas ;)

lol @ my secrets - gosh i laughed out sooo loud.

no secret hun.

just listen to your body and remember to keep your fluids up the most.

esp in between meals - snack less drink more.

i am toggling along - oh and alcohol kills weight loss lol... but of course we still do it

look forward to seeing your diary page (have you done this yet) and updating a ticker so not just us - but also yourself seeing how your going

i tell u - write down each goal stage (like mine) its helped me when i think i am not doing well - that i am averaging my 5kg a month almost to the day each month. Its a good motivator

nice work on getting your sleeve and u have made it out the other side of the stages.

maybe go to the month topic here on the month u were sleeved, and connect with those done same time as you - as the months go on we notice different things, and its easier to be same level as others sometimes.

Maybe also check the area meet ups too - connect with others that way

lil things like face to face meeting helps see how far people come and deal with it.



there are few fb groups too if u want to know just let me know :)
