| Today I had:
B:1 slice of multi-grain toast with a little bit of butter, 1 egg and 2 'fake' bacon rashers, had to leave a little bit as too full to eat it all L: 2 cruskits, 1 laughing cow cheese triangle and some slices of melon
D: 1 slice multi-grain bread and butter, veggie soup, 100 mls yoghurt and 1/3 of an apple (quite a lot I thought, was a bit full but not crazily full)
S: 2 dry cruskits just before bed

| I like the idea of wobbling your worries away!
Today I had:
B: 2 cruskits and 1 laughing cow cheese
MT: 50mls yoghurt
L: 2 cruskits and 1 laughing cow cheese
AT: 1 chocolate from a box at work yummy
D: 3/4 cheese salad sandwich
S: 2 cruskits and 1 laughing cow cheese
I ate the same meal 3 times today! I think I find it hard to 'cook' for such a tiny amount so I just eat easy food, like cruskits and cheese! Also need to improve my water intake - wasn't too bad today though.

| B: 2 cruskits with Philly cheese and smoke salmon slices with a splash of lemon juice.
MT: Water Melon & prunes
L: scrambled egg with grated cheese, half piece of bread.
AT: stringers cheese stick, dark choc coated goji berries (15g)
D: 2 mini spring rolls & half a bowl of hot & sour soup.
S: Greek yoghurt with blueberries.
Need to be drinking more water.
Have got a new vibration machine, have added 10-15min session of same to a daily walk routine. Not sure it does much for weight loss but sure gets the circulation moving and it's very relaxing. I Look forward to wobbling my worries away each night after work.

| B: 2 cruskits and cottage cheese
L: an egg on one slice of multi-grain toast
D: soup, a slice of multi-grain bread, piece of watermelon, AND a few of pieces of roasted veg - I ate way too much, came out in a sweat, felt faint and dizzy and just like I swallowed a brick, it took me an hour to feel better...I am worried since I over ate when I went out for lunch on Sunday and felt the very same but it didn't stop me doing it again yesterday...bit worrying (but I am very glad that a binge is 1 bread, cup of soup and some fruit and veg!)
S: 2 cruskits and some cottage cheese

B: 2 cruskits with a laughing cow cheese triangle (low fat)
L: mini protein bar
D: slice of multi grain toast with almond butter
S: 2 cruskits with a low fat laughing cow cheese
I ate less today because I drank so much, I was determined to drink more today but then I was finding it hard to be 30 minutes post drink in order to eat, then I would forget and drink again! It is tough not eating and drinking together, I feel one always gets sacrificed for the other! Will have to be more conscious of it.

| Did the 2 1/2 hour trip to Sydney to see my dietician and surgeon, who are both happy with my progress, although my calories per day were a bit high, should be around 700-800.
B: 1 slice Burgen Soy-Lin with a dry fried egg and two slices lite ham
S: 1 Aussie bodies mini protein bar
L: 3 strawberries and 1 small Maccas hot chocky on skim (At the twin servos on trip home)
D: Woollies roast chicken (about small fist size) and some caesar salad
That totalled 649 calories and 53g of protein just as an indicator for newbies. A bit low on the cals but I had a bad day the day before, so feel better today.

| I feel like I had a bad food day today, I realise I am feeling like that a lot even when my food is not actually bad!
Today I ate:
B: 2 cruskits and 2 tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese
MT: Mini protein bar
L: bag frozen veg warmed, small slice veggie pizza
AT: Slice of multi grain toast with a laughing cow cheese triangle
D: 1 and 1/2 small slices veggie pizza
S: glass of milk
Well not the best day, I guess pizza is not the ideal thing to eat, especially twice in one day! May just bin the rest that is in the freezer.

I am finding it hard to stay at 55kg, I have dropped to 54 and I got sick of people commenting that I look to thin, so that's were I am at but I am having my gall bladder out today so will see last surgery in june knocked me off my plateau at 65 and dropped me to 60, and I then went on to go in the 50's, I know this sounds silly but I don't want to lose more weight, I just bought new clothes! My daughter won't mind as we are in the same size now like top wise she is 48kg so pants are okay. I love it only have to buy one wardrobe, but Jess on the other hand hates it lol.....
