Ask someone to go to the chemist and buy you some De Gas tablets. You are experiencing gas pain. It will pass soon. But try to burp and fart if you can! Sounds gross, but it may help.

I've got some endone - god send and am on soups, drinking youghert, shakes and tea. Feeling good. Just a bit tight still. I'm so comPletely happy. Thank you all for your kind words. Congrats on your sleeve, the discomfort should pass in a day or two don't be afraid to use pain relief if you need it and walk as much as you are up too, the walking really helps get rid of gas pains.
