oh jodes so sorry you have to wait BUT do remember november is a very good month, I can vouch for that hehehe. I was due in at 8am it took them until after lunch to find me a bed. The male of the species was again at least lunch time until they could find him a bed as well.

I blend my optiyuk with a couple of iceblock to make it super cold and it froths up a bit - goes down better

Opti isn't the nicest thing in the world, but it helps if you add other flavours - try whizzing up a couple of strawberries in your vanilla shake - makes it much easier! There are some other tips in the opti thread too, I think.
I just kept on telling myself that I'd never have to do it again, and surely I could manage just a few more days!
