I was sitting at the table on Friday, eating lunch. Halfway through I was full, and I thought of my Grandfather who always said "Your eyes are bigger than you tummy girl" When you know what Pa, now they are!!!!!!!

Its funny how you remember things.

27 kilos gone and heading to be under 100kgs by New Year.
